I'm not sure I am "toning" as others seem to say, but I could walk in them all day, and last week I did, including up and down hills.

When I wear these I do not get blisters. I do get blisters even with my Merrills, and one pair of Mephistos.

They're a bit snug in the toe and across the ball of the foot compared to my MBT boost .
